Our communication strategy includes the use of emails, a dedicated Nursery App, and WhatsApp messages for emergencies, providing multiple platforms for timely and efficient exchanges of information.

We keep parents updated on their child's daily activities, progress, and any important announcements through regular emails. Our Nursery App also serves as a comprehensive tool for accessing updates, viewing photos of their child’s day, and receiving reminders about upcoming events and deadlines. For urgent matters and emergencies, we utilize WhatsApp messages to ensure parents receive immediate notifications.

 

In addition to digital communication, we value face-to-face interactions and hold termly parent-teacher meetings. These meetings provide an opportunity for in-depth discussions about each child's development, achievements, and any areas of concern. They also allow parents to ask questions and share their insights, fostering a collaborative approach to their child’s education.

 

Throughout the year, we organize numerous events that invite parents to participate in their child's learning experiences. From seasonal celebrations to educational workshops, these events strengthen the bond between the nursery and families, creating a vibrant and supportive community.

 

Our doors are always open to parents. We encourage them to visit the nursery at any time to speak with staff, or simply feel more connected to their child’s day-to-day environment.
